- Preparation of a complex legal analysis of possibilities and methods of subcontracting construction works by a manager of railroad infrastructure to commercial companies subsidiary to the manager in which he has 50% of shares, in view of the Public Procurements Act and implementing acts;
- Preparation of a complex legal opinion regarding the scope and use of the said Act of 29th January 2004 – Public Procurements Law;
- Preparation of a complex legal opinion regarding award of public procurement orders in various sectors;
- Preparation of a complex legal opinion regarding an order for the provision of services in the scope of protection of people and property in view of the Public Procurements Act;
- Comprehensive counselling for the Client, as the purchaser or the contractor, especially with regard to the choice of the most beneficial mode of awarding public procurement orders, taking account of the characteristics of the particular orders and the specifics of the entities participating in the proceeding (including provision of answers and formal-legal explanations to the contractors); supporting the Client at all stages of the appeals proceeding (preparation of objections, joining objectors; preparation of appeals from the decision about the objections to the National Appeals Chamber and complaints to the Court about decisions of the National Appeals Chamber);
- Preparation of a complex legal opinion regarding the possibility of securing interests of the Client in the scope of a tendering procedure with regard to: annulment of the tendering procedure or resignation from signing the agreement with the contractor in case it is impossible to obtain financial support of the project;
- Preparation of a complex legal opinion regarding the issue of setting prices for the object of the order with orders executed in compliance with the Public Procurements Act;
- Preparation of a complex legal opinion regarding the possibility of delegating competence by the Client’s Management Board to enter into agreements and signing annexes to contacts resulting from a finished tendering procedure based on the Rules of Awarding Orders binding upon the Client.
